If you experience technical issues that prevent your listing from being published, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
For additional services such as premium listings, advertising, or promotional features:
Refunds are only applicable if the service was not delivered due to an error on our end.
Once a premium service is activated, refunds are not available.
CarBiz Ltd serves as a platform to connect buyers and sellers.
We do not handle payments or transactions between buyers and sellers. As such, we do not provide refunds for disputes, misrepresented vehicles, or unsatisfactory transactions.
Buyers and sellers are encouraged to verify vehicle details, conditions, and negotiate terms before completing a transaction.
CarBiz Ltd is not responsible for refunds arising from agreements between buyers and sellers.
If there is a disruption in our services that prevents you from accessing or using paid features:
